We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator in our Customer Support Centre that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, because we will ensure you will receive support from your Line Manager and the best on the job training.

Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a student on summer break, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks

Customers Service; Answering customer service enquires for existing customers, passing leads to the sales team and logging and escalating customer complaints.

Administrator; Support with various admin tasks and responding to all customer queries via the customer service inbox.

You can earn a basic salary of £18,000 per annum and on-target earning taking you up to £24,000 per annum. The hours are Monday to Friday.
