Here at Safestore our people make the difference. We are looking for a National Accounts Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team at Head Office. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a business looking to store their stock, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.
Administrative; Updating and maintaining the National Accounts internal databases, data entry, team reporting, process merchandise sales and support with debt management/credit control when required.
Organisation; Be first point of contact for the National Accounts department. Support the team by managing the inbox and phone calls in line with the departments SLA’s. Provide excellent customer service and liaise with internal and external parties.
You can earn a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum plus Annual Bonus.
