We are looking for a Retail Services Coordinator that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, who will liaise and support all Head Office departments ensuring a smooth and effective operation.
Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a student on summer break, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.
Budget / Invoices: Complete and manage the Retail Services budget and ensure all spend is authorised and invoices signed.
Vehicles/Insurance: Manage the company Fleet, including tax, MOT, insurance, servicing and repairs.
Line management: Manage and support one direct report, to enable the smooth running of the team/department
ESOS/CSR Reporting: Ensure we are compliant by collating and reporting all data in a timely manner.
You will be based at our Head Office in Borehamwood, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
