As a Regional Manager by role is to engage my team to deliver exceptional results spanning all aspects of the business including sales, customer service and operations.  Communication and transparency is key in the role to keep my team informed around performance and anything that is happening within the business.

I have a clear vision and plan for my Region to ensure we deliver on all of our key performance metrics whilst achieving world class standards in our facilities, compliance and market leading customer experience.

I believe recognising and celebrating success is important so make sure I highlight great performance and praise individuals for delivering great work.  

I take time to understand my team on an individual basis and bring out the best in people through regular coaching and feedback sessions during visits.

We are market leaders and I want to work for the best!  Our culture brings out the best in me and I feel I can lead with impact whilst displaying my own individuality. 

I have track record of leading high performing teams built within various retail, sales and operational businesses.  I like to create a fun environment where my team feel valued and empowered.
