As a Sales Consultant you will be a part of our friendly in-store team. On a daily basis you will be working towards sales targets and helping to maintain your store’s standards, ensuring our customers have a great in-store experience.
We deliver dedicated training to help you to master the skills and behaviours which will enable you to perform well at Safestore. We have a fantastic e-learning platform which gives you the flexibility to learn independently at the click of a button.

As a Sales Consultant you will benefit from a structured development programme providing you with the skills and experience to become a Store Manager. The programme is designed to work alongside the ‘day job’, allowing you to enhance your skills and performance. It also provides pay increases, totalling £1,000 for demonstrating specific and defined skills.
Following successful completion of the Sales Consultant programme, you will have the opportunity to apply for the accredited Store Manager Development (SMD) programme.
